A key provision of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) is periodic public reporting on a number of data elements including spending, project status, and jobs to federal agencies, Congress and www.FederalReporting.gov.

In response to this mandate, the Office of Economic Recovery and Reinvestment (OERR) has developed a comprehensive reporting section to increase transparency and accountability for the ARRA programs across the state.

This section includes in-depth data for the state agencies, quasi agencies, and public colleges for which OERR has direct oversight responsibility under Executive Order 09-04. In an effort to present a more complete picture of ARRA activity and impact on the state overall, OERR also presents data on all awards that went directly from the federal government to a Rhode Island based entity.

• State Agency Data - includes information for state agencies, quasi agencies, and public colleges. Financial data is updated monthly* for state agencies and for quasi agencies and public colleges.
• All Rhode Island Entities Data - Data on ARRA Funds awarded to Rhode Island based entities, including for profits, non-profits, and private colleges in addition to state agencies, is available on www.recovery.gov . * As of June 30, 2012, OERR transitioned from weekly posting of financial data to monthy posting. Data is posted through the last day of each month by the first Friday of the following month.
